When is ATSSA's 47th Annual Convention & Traffic Expo?

The dates are February 10-14, 2017:

  • Friday, February 10
  • Saturday, February 11
  • Sunday, February 12 (Traffic Expo Grand Opening: Noon - 5:30 p.m.)
  • Monday, February 13 (Traffic Expo Open: 11:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
  • Tuesday, February 14 (Traffic Expo Open: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.)

What is included with the booth rental?

Publication of company name, address, phone and fax numbers, email, website address, company description (approx. 50 words) and product categories in the on-site Program Guide and Mobile Application if application/contract and payment are received by September 31, 2016 and information has been submitted by exhibiting company by that date.

  • Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes two (2) booth personnel badges (providing booth personnel is within the ATSSA housing block)
  • Three (3) guest Express Passes
  • New Products Rollout Opportunity
  • Use of the ATSSA Traffic Expo logo for marketing
  • 7” x 44” booth identification sign
  • 8’ high pipe and drape back wall with 3’ high draped side rails*

*Note: Carpet, furniture, utilities, and any other additional services are not included. These items should be purchased through vendors provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

When will I find out my booth number?

Exhibitors are emailed a receipt when full booth payment has been received and processed by ATSSA. This receipt will have your booth number listed.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

  • Sunday, February 12: Noon - 5:30 p.m.
  • Monday, February 13: 11:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 14: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

I’ve reserved my booth-now what?

Over the next couple of months, ATSSA will be sending the exhibitor contact (listed on your Exhibit Booth Space Application & Contract) notifications and updates as services become available via email. Some of these items include:

  • How to access the online booth furnishings service kit
  • Housing and Registration Information Deadlines

When will housing open and how do I make arrangements?

Housing for the 2017 Convention & Traffic Expo in Phoenix is now open, as of July 5, 2016. ATSSA's Official Housing Company is RHS (ResQuest), and they are the only company that can guarantee your reservation in Phoenix for the 47th Annual Convention & Traffic Expo. Do I have to stay in the ATSSA hotel room block?

Attendees: To receive the Discounted Registration Rate, you must reserve hotel rooms within the ATSSA room block FIRST. Once hotel booking has been completed, you will be emailed a confirmation immediately with your Attendee ID number, which will be required in order to receive the Discounted Registration Rate.

Exhibitors: In order to receive free regisration for booth personnel, you must reserve hotel rooms within the ATSSA room block. If you choose not to reserve rooms within the ATSSA room block, a charge of $95 per day will be incurred for each booth personnel exhibit only registrations. Regular rates will apply to daily registration. When you have competed your hotel booking, you will be provided with an Attendee/Housing ID number which allows you access to your free exhibitor badge allotment(s) once registration is open.

Who needs to register for an exhibitor badge?

All personnel that need access to the show floor require an exhibitor badge. This includes, but is not limited to, representatives from the exhibiting company, outside sales representatives.

How many complimentary booth personnel badges do I receive with my booth?

Two (2) FREE booth personnel badges and convention registrations per 10’x10’ booth are included with your booth fee, providing you stay in the ATSSA hotel room block. These two registrations include entrance to all activities and events for the entire convention and trade show. Registrations are for booth personnel only staying within the ATSSA room block. Additional passes are available at $95 per person, per day for exhibit hall access only. Customers and guests must register as Convention Attendees.
